Procedures and dossiers applying for liquor wholesale licenses

1. Order of applying for liquor wholesale license:

Step 1: The trader completes the dossier as guided in Item c, below and submits it to the OSS dossier receiving team for receipt of dossier receipt as prescribed.

Step 2: The receiving team transfers the dossier to the Trade Management Department for settlement. To make a practical appraisal and make a report as a basis for proposing the department’s leadership to solve.

Step 3: Print the license and submit to the Department of Licensing approval.

Step 4: Register and send to the receiving group to write the fee receipt and return to the Trader.

2. How to apply for a liquor wholesale license:

– The dossier is submitted directly at the OSS at the Department of Industry and Trade

3. Profile component:

An application for a liquor wholesale (or wholesale agency) license as specified in Appendix 6 (attached to Circular No. 10/2008 / TT-BCT); A valid copy of the business registration certificate, tax code certificate; Business plans include:

– Evaluating the situation and business results of the previous three years, together with valid copies of sales contracts (or buying and selling agents) with alcohol suppliers (if they have already done so), in which stating: the aggregate data on the type of alcohol, the purchase price, the selling price, the quantity and value of the purchase and sale (total and divided by the alcohol supplier and by geographical area of ​​business), taxes paid , profit; Apply for liquor wholesale license

– The expected business results for the subsequent year as from the year the trader applies for the liquor wholesale license; clearly stating the name and address of the supplier of the wines it will buy, the wines, the purchase price, the selling price, the quantity and value of the purchase and sale (total and divided by the alcohol supplier and by geographical area) joint) taxes to be paid, profits;

– Form of sales organization, mode of distribution system management;

– A list of traders who have been or will be in the distribution system of the liquor retail store (if any), tax identification number, valid copy of the liquor trading license (if doing business) ants;

+ Documents proving the right to use the warehouse (owned or co-owned or rented for a minimum of one year);

Letter of introduction or wholesale contract, wholesale agency contract with at least one wine supplier for wholesale traders;

– Documents proving the right to use a business location (owned or co-owned or leased for a minimum period of one year);

– Documents related to fire prevention and fighting, food hygiene and safety and environmental protection as prescribed by law;
