Accordingly, the Decree has some remarkable contents as follows:
– This Decree details the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Food Safety, including the procedures for self-declaration of products; procedures for registration of product announcement; ensure GMO safety; Certificate of food safety; State inspection of imported and exported foodstuff safety; food labeling; food advertising; Conditions to ensure food safety in food production; Conditions for ensuring food safety in production, trading and use of food additives; traceability of food; Assigning responsibility for state management of food safety.
– Organizations and individuals engaged in food production and trading to self-proclaim pre-prepared foodstuffs, food additives, food-processing aids, food stuffs and packing materials. packaged food contact.
– Organizations and individuals engaged in food production and trading must register the publication of health foodstuffs, medical foodstuffs, foodstuffs for special diets, and products for the coming children. At the age of 36 months, food additives with new uses, food additives not included in the list of additives permitted for use in food or not in accordance with the users defined by the Ministry of Health.
– Establishments that are not eligible for food safety certification: small initial production; food production without fixed location; small-scale processing; trading in small food; trading in ready-to-eat food; Producing and trading in tools, packaging materials, food containers; Restaurant in the hotel; collective kitchens without registered food business; street food business; The facility has been granted a Certificate of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000 or equivalent.
– Assignment of responsibilities for state management of food safety: For establishments producing a variety of foods under the management of two or more specialized management agencies, product- the largest in the production facilities is the regulatory body; For establishments which produce and trade in many types of food products under the management of two or more specialized management agencies, organizations and individuals may opt for specialized management agencies in charge of safety.
