PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS

Records include:

1. Investment registration form.

2. Investment project, including: objectives, scale and location of the investment project; Investment capital, the progress of project implementation; Demand for land use and commitment to environmental protection; Proposing investment incentives (if any).

A document certifying the legal status of the investor: a copy of the establishment decision or business registration certificate or other equivalent documents of the investor being an organization; copies of passports or identity cards for investors being individuals.

4. Report on the financial capacity of the investor (prepared and responsible by the investor).

5. Joint venture contract or business co-operation contract.

6. For investment projects associated with the establishment of economic organizations, apart from the dossiers prescribed above, investors shall have to submit together with:

– The business registration dossiers corresponding to each type of enterprise shall comply with the provisions of law on enterprises and relevant laws;

– The joint venture contract for the form of investment in the establishment of a joint venture economic organization between a domestic investor and a foreign investor. Process of issuing Investment Certificate (O & M) under “one door, on the spot”
